Booked Prestige to get my calipers painted red and job was finished the next day. Happy with the result and Karolina was great following up with me. Thanks for making my brakes look great!

Honest review of my experience…Booked my car in to have front bumper, splitter and roof repaired and painted. Front bumper had minor rock chips and roof had clear coat damage.I was initially booked in for a week for this to be completed. I was messaged after a few days saying the car wouldn’t be completed on time. A few days later (the day I was initially supposed to pick the car up), I was told it was indeed going to be ready. After picking the car up, I was very disappointed with the work.None of the rock chips on the front bumper were repaired, and there was overspray on headlights, other body parts and fenders (nothing was removed before painted). It appeared as though there was only one coat of paint applied without being prepped correctly - paint was peeling and there were paint drips (a large piece of the fresh paint looked to have peeled off with masking tape). The roof was masked and prepped very poorly. Lastly, the interior of my car was left in a very dirty condition (paint dust over radio, steering wheel, dash and doors). It appeared the car was painted in hours with no preparation or care. The workmanship was extremely terrible and it was worse that it was not checked before being told it was ready.Prestige agreed to repair the work at a later date without any worries or questions - they were professional, but did not apologise for the work or offer compensation. I was booked in for another week to have the paint redone. Again, I was told the day before that the car would not be ready. I was left without a car for many days afterwards and again was not offered an apology.Upon pickup, the staff were not very friendly. I was given my keys and that is all - no apology, no discussion, nothing. The work was done to a much higher standard this time, with it all looking repaired and smooth. Most of the overspray was removed too. My only concern is that the bumper and roof colours do not match the rest of the car - it looks like the paint colour was matched to the paint code instead of the rest of the car.Overall, the service I received was very poor - it was appalling to see the quality of work they were willing to give me initially. They did not care to apologise or offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I will not be using this company again, and can’t recommend them for a reliable service.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for amazing job and fantastic personal service. The paint on my old Honda needed some touch ups and was done perfectly. The girl in the office was nice and very polite. Job was done on time and without any problems. Keep up the good work

Amazing jobLong story short,Booked my Lambo in with these guys as my crazy ex wife who clearly can’t drive had smashed all the rims up on my car. I think sometimes she would have to have been driving with her eyes closed it was that bad.These guys literally gave my car back like it had brand new wheels on it they looked amazing. They looked so much better in black as the original colour was grey.If you have a crazy ex wife, partner, girlfriend or simply just want your rims to look amazing again definitely book it in with these guys/girls. They will even listen to you for 30 minutes with a smile on their face while you tell your life story about how it happened.Amazing people to deal with. it’s really good to meet people and deal with a business that cares about your car as much as you do.Thanks Joe, Karolina and Raf for helping me out. This company is one of the best I would highly recommend them to anyone I had scratches all over nearly they did a wonderful job and I had my rims done I’m so happy with the job they did my car looks better than brand new

I am extremely happy with the service provided! I took my old rims in to get painted the original mercedes colour and they came out perfect! I would definitely recommend this company.
