Had a warranty issue after purchasing a vehicle from a yard and was sent here very impressed with service and they fixed transmission oil pann immediately.

I have been waiting for months on end for them to receive two bottles of ad blue for my vehicle. I had to source my own first two from VW. Pathetic.

Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed.Charged me $30 for coolant that supposed to be charged by insurance.Also,I asked to the person regard uber inspection he told me yes we are providing authorise uber inspection.but these guys are not registered with Uber.They charged me $139 just for lie.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there even if you need in emergency.Cuz they will rip off you.Just went first nd last time

Avoid at all costs.They told me they were replacing my turbo, the quote didn’t specify what they were doing.When I called for clarity they were reconditioning the turbo not replacing.They told me they use three turbo shops, and when I asked if they could use one of the three, they said no we will use the cheapest quote.They had told me earlier they only go with the highest quality turbo provider. The turbo company they were going with does not have a great reputation.They said they do not let the customer get involved in this decision.According to consumer affairs I’m absolutely allowed to be involved in the decisions pertaining to my property.Additionally they took six weeks to book in my car, wouldn’t stay in contact.Be wary of what you are getting.
