Booked in on Monday to get sway bar links and coolant replaced. As we had to leave on Wednesday (today) and wait for the car we double checked if they're defetnetly gonna have the parts in stock. We got confirmed that it will only take a few hours to get them in stock and they will be there Monday night (so long before the service).Got to the mechanic at 07:50am and waited at the shop until 10 o'clock for the mechanic to start with our car. As the car needed to be warm to change the coolant they drove for a few minutes and put it on the lift just to realise that the parts weren't ordered. So they wasted even more time that we had to pay for just to check if there are any parts available in that area. Something that should have been done BEFORE the appointment.Just past 11' o clock they had to drive the car again as the engine was too much cooled down to start the job which they finished at 11:40. I imagine the coolant job got done properly therefore 2 starsBUT having to wait a long time in the beginning before they start the job and than all that wasted time cause they forgot to prepare and order parts.. as well as paying for the time. That's something which shouldn't happen. Saying that as a Mechanical engineer on holidaysEnded up paying 158.18$ for a 30-40min job.

Best mechanic in Albany! Car broke down on the way, they came and helped me out, fixed car straight a way and price was less than quarter the other mechanics in town! Awesome service and price and they were very professional!

This business was a refreshing experience. We are laying over in Albany for the duration of the Covid shutdown of travel. I noticed the following : 1 . Clean , organised workshop2 . The business trains apprentices and trainees.3. The problem with the coolant in my 100 series cruiser was quickly identified as possibly being multi faceted.4. The several possibilities were clearly explained to me at the initial investigation several weeks ago .c5. I was informed that we should continue to test the car by day to day use whilst still here in Albany.6. Yesterday Paul and his team at Pro Motionconfirmed one of their original diagnoses, giving us the confidence to return to Sydney with our caravan home.7. Strongly recommendedJohn Land

Spent aud400 for getting my car get a new problem, after serviced the transmission was stutter and very rough, they said the car had clutch problem but its actually not. came Back in a day to get solve, but they didnt know how to and promised me to call back once they find out from the dealership to diagnose and fix my car but it didnt happened. It left me in worry, So I fixed the gearbox by myself just only following video on youtube.

I love this repairer they are thoughtful, eager to assist and ALWAYS professional in everything they do..Extremely recommended for any repairs or upgrades to all sorts of vehicles..They helped a friend of mine who had a bad job done by another workshop and Pro Motion fixed everything and got her back on the road in days when they already had a high workload..Awesome people from the receptionist to the boss..

Absolutely appalling. Took way to long with a simple job and mis diagnosed the problem. Rusulted in a $900 bill to fix a rattling muffler on a corolla. Pro Motion then proceeded to fit extractors and that didn't even fix the issue. Got a mate to fix it for bugger all $. Maybe have second thoughts before taking your car there.

Had new heavy duty clutch fitted to my landcruiser a week ago,job done well and before estimated time,honest and reliable,will use them again.

Paul is always been a fair and honest workshop owner in my opinion also for someone who is under the pump with workload he somehow remains cool and collected and helpful should be more around like him.
