Broome Auto Excellence

We turned to Auto Excellence, as advised by the caravan park on our arrival. So we drove in and explained the problem on our car. Without any hesitation, they checked the problem and fixed it on the spot! I would recommend them to anybody who needs a good mechanic!!

Highly Recommend the guys at Broom Auto Excellence. We were on our way out of town heading to Exmouth when the engine light came on with a torque converter warning. Having had a new transmission in 12 months ago we were worried. After calling Broom Auto Excellence from the road side they told us to come straight in even though they were extremely busy. The guys checked over the car and found out everything was okay and we were just using our auto transmission improperly for what we were towing, causing some over heating. They were honest and trustworthy and got us back on the road quickly. A big thanks to the team.

Jezza and the team were the only garage in Broome who could help us replace some wheel studs that had sheered off our Jeep Cherokee. From start to the finish they were absolutely brilliant. Had the parts shipped in within 2 days and fitted them as soon as they arrived. Also gave us some fantastic advice for travelling around the area. If you ever need any work done on your car, I couldn't recommend these guys more highly!

Asked to fix the belt squealing in the mornings, so they replaced the belt and sent me on my way. But after a week- it started squeezing again. So not a thorough diagnosis IMO. Now I’m not sure if a bearing is worn or what. The man at the desk said “yeah it all good.” Can’t say I was inspired with confidence.I told them my spring leaf bushings were worn out, but they said they didn’t even look at them because there was no Ford ones in Broome. Then after I put in some research I found out that because I have Old Man Emu, they are specific to the springs. So they should have at least looked and then checked if they could get some from ARB.Told them my AC wasn’t working great. So they charged me for an hour of hosing it down to get dust out of it. Not sure I felt that was great value for money there at $100 an hour.But they did fit me in when there books were full as I only called up 2 weeks before and I was travelling through. So 3 stars.

Super helpful and got me in straight away with what I needed, definately reccomend. Best mechanic in Broome by far in my opinion. All of their rewards will speak for itself too.

Great service, good quality work and down to earth people. Always considerate, make space for emergencies and you can tell they truly value their customers. Always trust them with my car and hear nothing but good things from others who use them as well!

I was recommended to Jezza and Craig and am so grateful I was. My Jeep was in trouble and they had it diagnosed in a very short time. Their professional work ethic and friendly service made a difficult situation comfortable. Thanks guys for all you have done for us.

My daughter recommended them because they are more about the relationship with the customer and very friendly advice. Jezza is exceptionally a huge softy. Can tell he knows his stuff. Definitely on my return to Broome for another holiday will take my car to them again. They also fit me in even though they were booked out for 6 weeks.
